So yesterday
started out with a hike up Mt Lemon.
And the views were spectacular!
It is SO green up here right now.
We have had lots of rain this Monsoon season,
but NO flooding (for us anyway)
Everywhere you look
it's GREEN or Rock!
And as you can see, the sky was Perfectly Blue!
We arrived home,
worn out, but refreshed by the beauty that is in our back yard.
Showered, loaded some soda's and candy in the car,
and headed East to Las Cruces, New Mexico
Where we watched a suspenseful rival football game between
2 of New Mexico's talented football teams!

But best of all,
was the half time show!

We were yelling down at her to get her attention.
This was the first time she has seen us since school started!
The game was super fun,
really close,
UNM was leading the whole game,
in the last 4 minutes the 'other team' caught up.
'They' won by 1 point in the end.
But...
it was really fun to be there live.
The drive home was...
a long drive home...
in the middle of the night!
We arrived home after a short stop for a bite to eat and a couple of 'fresh air breaks
around 1:30AM!
So happy for Sunday!
Our Day of Rest!
