Whom I met in person for the first time this summer
but with whom I have been a pen pal with for years now
Sent me some beautiful pictures recently -
This first one is of the snow fall they received recently.
Beautiful - with the ground covered, and the tree branches iced!
These next two at of the beautiful fall colors (snow melted!)
Amazing to have this view right outside your living room window!
Pretty spectacular
And then these next 4 are of the devastation from the fires that were burning
while we were visiting!
So glad they got it out finally, and that the people in the area are safe,
and that their homes and cabins are safe.
fire really does leave a different look and feel.
though it does have it's own beauty if you look carefully.
